As a co-founder, I took FieldR from a blank page to Sri Lanka's first cricket analytics platform. This was my "Founder's MBA"—it taught me that an imperfect product in the hands of users is better than a perfect one that never ships.

• Achieved 2,823 paid users from 3,568 registrations by ruthlessly prioritizing features that coaches actually asked for in discovery sessions
• Secured US$5K in seed funding and managed the entire roadmap across web and mobile
• Designed the data architecture to capture 32+ performance metrics, turning complex sports data into simple, actionable insights
