When I joined Fortude, the AI assistant 'Charlie' and the testing tool 'Fortest.io' were technically sound but lacked market traction. I stepped into a Product Marketing role to build their independent identities and social channels, moving them away from being seen as just "internal tools."
Key Outcomes:
• Built a $2M USD sales pipeline from scratch by activating the European market through high-engagement LinkedIn webinars
• Secured $180K in immediate sign-ups by focusing on how AI could solve specific pain points for Infor M3 ERP users
• Led the UI redesign for Charlie to make it feel native to Microsoft Teams, which was the turning point for user adoption
