In this role, I stepped into the creative world to manage delivery across animation, game development, and service teams. It was a fast-paced environment where I had to align very different creative workstreams with strict quarterly KPIs.

Key Focus Areas:

• Visibility: Built out delivery tracking dashboards from scratch to give leadership a clear view of project risks and progress

• Resource Strategy: Owned the financial tracking and cost analysis, ensuring efficient utilization of developers and artists during global expansion planning
