In this role, I managed delivery across animation, game development, and service teams — and simultaneously led project management for a BNPL FinTech product launch, including KYC process design and user research.

Key Outcomes:

• Led publisher strategy for 23 hyper-casual games, matching titles to publishers by genre and audience — generating SAR 200K in new revenue

• Delivered a FinTech BNPL MVP with a structured KYC process informed by direct user research on trust and conversion friction

• Built the organization's first unified financial tracking and KPI dashboard across all departments
