I was the first employee at Sling, which meant I had to build the product, the team, and the physical operations with no supervision. I managed a diverse team of 34, ranging from software developers to mechanics and a fleet of 20 riders.

Key Outcomes:

• Launched Sri Lanka's first battery-swapping architecture, growing daily ride counts from 23 to 90

• Reduced rider call-backs to tech office by 75% by tracking specific app behaviors and simplifying the UX

• Spearheaded a pilot with Uber Sri Lanka and secured USAID funding to launch the first two-wheeler EVs on their platform
